Why households come to us

No pressure, no urgency. Just a steady space to sort out the paperwork side of household life.

Clear boundaries, always

We cover administration and records organisation only. Questions about rights, obligations, or legal effect are directed to a qualified professional. We are explicit about this from the first conversation.

Unhurried pace

Sessions are designed for households that may be under strain. There is no rush, no upselling, and no pressure to continue beyond what is helpful at the time.

We do not read your documents

Our work is with structure: where things are kept, how they are indexed, and who can access them. We do not read documents for meaning or comment on their contents.

One household per session

Individual sessions (Records Chart) are reserved for a single household. You are not sharing the room with people you do not know.

Bilingual materials

Written materials for the Community Programme are available in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Session notes for individual sessions can be provided in either language on request.

Based in Johor Bahru

In-person sessions take place at our Jalan Tebrau office. Online delivery is available for households further afield across Malaysia.

A short conversation first

We are happy to speak before you book anything. Tell us a little about where things stand with your household's paperwork and we will point you toward whichever session fits best — or suggest something else entirely if that is more appropriate.

Common questions

If something is not answered here, please write to us.

What does a Records Chart session cover, and what does it not cover? +
The session produces a chart of who holds each document and an index of where each is kept. We also cover safe storage practices, how to give a trusted person access, and what steps to take if an original document has been lost. We do not read documents for legal meaning, we do not comment on their effect, and we do not advise on any rights or obligations arising from them.
Who is the Household Transition Logistics Course intended for? +
Adults who are reorganising a household arrangement, and relatives who are helping them. The course deals with the administrative side only: address records, notifications to schools and utilities, shared calendars, inventories of shared belongings, and keeping a factual written record of decisions the household has already reached through other means. It does not cover legal, financial, or personal guidance of any kind.
Can sessions be delivered online? +
Yes. The Records Chart and Document Index Session is offered in person at our Jalan Tebrau office or online. The Household Transition Logistics Course runs online, in groups of eight. The Community Programme includes a mix of on-site and remote delivery depending on the organisation's location and preference.
What information do you ask from us before a session? +
We ask for a contact name, a preferred contact method and hour, and a brief note on what you are hoping to sort out. We store this only for the purpose of arranging your session and we explain our data practices before you fill in anything. We do not ask about relationships, circumstances, or the content of any documents.
How much does each service cost? +
The Records Chart and Document Index Session is RM 470 per household. The Household Transition Logistics Course is RM 1,620 per participant for the full five-week programme. The Community Family Services Capability Programme is RM 4,690 per organisation. All fees are in Malaysian Ringgit and are quoted before any commitment is made.
What happens if I need advice on something legal or personal during a session? +
We redirect those questions to an appropriately qualified professional. Our facilitators are trained to recognise when a question goes beyond administrative support and will say so plainly. We keep a referral sheet of relevant professionals and can share it on request.
