EnquireWhy households come to us
No pressure, no urgency. Just a steady space to sort out the paperwork side of household life.
Clear boundaries, always
We cover administration and records organisation only. Questions about rights, obligations, or legal effect are directed to a qualified professional. We are explicit about this from the first conversation.
Unhurried pace
Sessions are designed for households that may be under strain. There is no rush, no upselling, and no pressure to continue beyond what is helpful at the time.
We do not read your documents
Our work is with structure: where things are kept, how they are indexed, and who can access them. We do not read documents for meaning or comment on their contents.
One household per session
Individual sessions (Records Chart) are reserved for a single household. You are not sharing the room with people you do not know.
Bilingual materials
Written materials for the Community Programme are available in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Session notes for individual sessions can be provided in either language on request.
Based in Johor Bahru
In-person sessions take place at our Jalan Tebrau office. Online delivery is available for households further afield across Malaysia.
A short conversation first
We are happy to speak before you book anything. Tell us a little about where things stand with your household's paperwork and we will point you toward whichever session fits best — or suggest something else entirely if that is more appropriate.
